Residential and Adult Programs (Staten Island)
Full-time: Days/Weekends / Evenings
Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior intervention plans to treat problem behavior. Conduct/oversee staff training. Collect and analyze behavior data. Maintain clinical paperwork as regulated by state. Assist in development of skill acquisition goals and reporting case progress to supervisors.
Master’s Degree in an applied field of psychology (related fields may be considered). BCBA preferred but not required. 5+ years’ experience developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with disabilities and significant problem behavior. Knowledge of ABA with documented training in assessment techniques and behavior intervention planning.
