School Program – Staten Island
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical direction and oversight to classroom staff under the general supervision of the program Director. Responsibilities include providing training to staff on reinforcement, behavior plan implementation, data collection and professionalism; supervising proper IEP and progress report development and implementation; conducting student clinics; evaluating programming, instruction, and materials as well as providing follow up recommendations; performing behavior assessments and developing behavior plans; reviewing and evaluating student data books; conducting staff observations and performance reviews.
Master’s degree in a related field. New York State Teaching Certification in Special Education and/or BCBA required. Experience with ABA and working with individuals with autism. Excellent planning and organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of classroom management.
