Outreach Behavior Specialist

Department: Outreach - Long Island - East Meadow NY
Hours: Various
Description:Collaborate with team and in-home supervisor in-home program; attend trainings and workshops related  to educating children with autism; attend team meetings, complete monthly billing sheets, collect child data, provide feedback to parents as needed .
Skill Needed: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or one year experience with supervision in an ABA Program.  

Medicaid Service Coordinator

Department: Family Services - Staten Island, NY
Hours: Full Time
Description:Responsible for a caseload of participants. Complete face to face/home visits and maintain monthly service notes.  Develop and maintain individualized service plans, update required documents and medicaid recertifications as necessary.
Skill Needed: Bachelor’s Degree in a health or human services field or an equivalent of an Associate’s Degree. One year of experience as a Service Coordinator or one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities.

Recreation – Respite Coordinator – Family Services

Department: Family Services - Staten Island NY
Hours: Full Time
Description:Responsible for developing programs, scheduling activities and meeting unit of service and documentation requirements for all respite/recreation programs. 
Skill Needed: BA degree required At least two (2) years supervisory experience Prior experience coordinating a recreational program, preferably for children with autism

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)

Department: Adult Program
Hours: Full Time
Description:Responsible for overseeing many of the clinical services, as well as operational services for the participants within an assigned home. 
Skill Needed: Bachelor’s Degree in a human services related field (Master’s preferred); at least 2 years’  experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities; working knowledge of applied behavior analysis preferred.

Group Leader – Adult Program

Department: Adult Program - Staten Island NY
Hours: Full Time
Description:Work with all members of the interdisciplinary team to determine suitable programming; arrange schedules; supervise and teach assistants ; demonstrate appropriate behavior management techniques and procedures.  Other duties outlined in JD.
Skill Needed: High School Diploma/GED; experience with autistic and/or autistic like adults; valid driver’s license with good driving history.

Direct Support Professional – Adult Program

Department: Adult Program - Staten Island NY
Hours: Various hours/schedules - full time
Description:Direct Care which includes light housekeeping, cooking, ADL skills, meal preparation, community outings, appointments, and laundry.  May require you to drive participants in the community.
Skill Needed: HS Diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license with good driving history.  Must pass SCIP training, First Aid and CPR.  

Behavior Analyst

Department: Adult Program and DOC - Staten Island NY
Hours: Full Time
Description:Develop behavior intervention plans for assigned participants, assessment of problem behaviors, provide staff training in behavior plans, etc.
Skill Needed: Must have Master’s Degree in an applied field of Psychology and will primarily serve the adult program students and may also conduct clinical evaluations and/or outreach. Knowledge of ABA and at least 5 years of experience developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.

Direct Support Professional

Department: Various Residences in Staten Island, NY
Hours: Full Time and Part Time Positions - various shifts
Description:Direct Care which includes light housekeeping, cooking, ADL skills, meal preparation, community outings, appointments, and laundry.  May require you to drive participants in the community.
Skill Needed: HS Diploma or GED; A valid driver’s license with good driving history.  Must pass SCIP training, First Aid and CPR.

Behavior Technician

Department: Diagnostic and Outreach Center - Staten Island, NY
Hours: Hourly - various times and includes weekends
Description: Delivers ABA therapy according to an ABA Therapy plan that is developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.�

Skill Needed: High School Diploma/GED; Minimum 500 hours providing ABA programs; able and willing to become a registered Behavior Technician or acquire RBT credentials within 3 months of hire; daily access to internet; maintain a high degree of professionalism and responsibility; willing and able to learn and master new ABA techniques and procedures; acceptable recommendation from current supervisor (for internal candidates).

Psychologist

Department: Wright Avenue, SI, NY - OPWDD Programs
Hours: Full time
Description:Administrative supervision of Behavior Intervention Specialists with OPWDD Programs; clinical supervision of Behavior Intervention Specialists with OPWDD Programs; oversight of behavior intervention plans.
Skill Needed: Must have NYS license in Psychology; experience working with people with autism or related disorders; working knowledge of ABA; excellent communication skills and computer skills (MS Word and Excel).

Direct Support Professional – Cambon

Department: Cambon Residence, St. James, NY
Hours: Full-Time Days and Weekends
Description:Direct Care which includes light housekeeping, cooking, ADL skills, meal preparation, community outings, appointments, and laundry.  May require you to drive participants in the community.
Skill Needed: HS Diploma or GED; A valid driver’s license; Must pass SCIP training, First Aid and CPR.

Per Diem Direct Support Professionals

Department: Multiple Locations Open: Dix Hills Road Residence Long Island, NY; Cambon Residence, St James, NY
Hours: On-call (Evenings Overnight, Weekends)

Hours: Full Time – Day and Evening and Weekend Shifts

Community Habilitation /Respite Services

Department: Family Services- Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY
Hours: Part Time
Description:Provide in-home oversight and assistance in completion of consumer’s daily living skills.  Implement behavior management strategies.
Skill Needed: HS Diploma or GED; must pass SCIP training provided by the agency, First Aid and CPR.
