Human Resources Director – Staten Island
Full-time: 40 hours/week
The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire agency. The scope of the position includes areas such as staff development, compensation and benefits, training and development, recruitment, employee relations, organization development, HR record keeping and legal compliance.
Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or other related field. Seven plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources. PHR preferred. Experience with employment law, compensation, benefits administration, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail. Excellent Microsoft Office and database management skills.
