Hours

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Description

Helps to establish vocational, recreational, and volunteer work opportunities for participants within an integrated community-based setting. Work with staff, parents/legal guardians and care managers to determine suitable programming. Attend interdisciplinary team meetings. Transport participants to and from program and volunteer/recreational sites. Reach out to the community for opportunities to support the individuals in their activities. Responsible
for training skills and tracking program and behavioral data both within the community and at the program site.

Skills Needed

HS Diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license. Must pass SCIP training, First Aid and CPR. Previous supervisory experience

Pay Rate

$20.50 - $22.50 per hour
