Description

As per New York State Department of Education teachers provide instructional services to students under general supervision of their program Director. Requires working on a 1:1 basis with a student or with multiple students at a time.

Skills Needed

Fingerprint clearance. Valid NYS teaching certificate in Students with Disabilities (Internship) (Initial) (Professional) or (Permanent) (Conditional) Strong planning and organizational skills. Knowledge of classroom management. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Rate

$67,000- $75,500 per year
