Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Assists DSPs with the necessary training to work in a 1 to 1 basis with a participant or with multiple paticipants at a time. Discuss daily with the Group Leader regarding the progress of the programs. Implement and collect data on each participant's goals and behavior management plan in conjunction with the GL and clinical team. Assist participants , as needed during activities of daily living/gym activities. Lead or assist in various group activities. Aid in development of material. Provide necessary support and consultation to staff. Attend Eden II in-services, training, and staff meetings as required. Assist in the orientation and training of new staff/substitutes.
High School Diploma and must have passed the New York State assessment of teaching assistant skills. RBT or other advanced credential or experience in ABA preferred. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions. Knowledge of classroom. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong professionalism and ability to motivate/lead others through guidance and example.

Helps to establish vocational, recreational, and volunteer work opportunities for participants within an integrated community-based setting. Work with staff, parents/legal guardians and care managers to determine suitable programming. Attend interdisciplinary team meetings. Transport participants to and from program and volunteer/recreational sites. Reach out to the community for opportunities to support the individuals in their activities. Responsible
for training skills and tracking program and behavioral data both within the community and at the program site.

The Residential Maintenance & Residential Coordinator is responsible for the overall upkeep, safety, and physical condition of assigned residential homes while coordinating day‑to‑day residential operations and services. The role ensures timely completion of maintenance work, supports staff and residents with environmental needs, and helps maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and agency standards.
High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license with good driving history. Minimum of 5 years prior experience in maintenance/ construction field. Ability to perform physical labor both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions (includes snow removal). Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures & techniques. Possess solid experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall and carpentry skills. Provide direct clinical supervision to classroom teachers and behavior specialists. Provide ABA training to teachers/behavior specialists/assistants on reinforcement, behavior plan implementation, data collection and professionalism. Supervising proper IEP development, implementation and progress reports
Schedule meetings within compliance and ensure that all necessary documentation is provided from teachers/ therapists to CPSE/ CSE in a timely manner. Supervise the development of quarterly reports. Develop educational curriculum and train teachers in their application. Assist teachers in conducting NYSAA. Conduct student clinics evaluating programming, instruction, and materials as well as providing follow up recommendations. Conduct behavior assessments, develop behavior plans and train all staff in the classroom. Conduct staff observation and write formal evaluations. Requires year end evaluations for teaching assistant staff.
NYS Certified Teacher or BCBA / LBA. DOE fingerprinting clearance. Master’s degree in a related field. NY State Department of Education certification

Our school program is currently seeking speech therapists and/or clinical fellows to join our team. Reporting to the Coordinator of Speech Services, the Speech Therapist provides speech services to students on a 1:1 basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Required supervision for BCBA candidates available.
Candidate must have completed a total of 18 credits towards meeting the requirements of an Associates or Bachelors degree or have experience working with individuals with autism.
