Per Diem: 10-12 hours per month, flexible hours
Master’s degree required. Possess NYS certification as Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD). CFY or Licensed Pathologist accepted. Experience employing assistive technology and/or behavioral principles (ABA).

Residential Program - Dewey Residence
Fullt-time: 40 hours per week
The QIDP is responsible for overseeing clinical services as well as operational services for the consumers in the residence. Ensure that each consumer is involved in a coordinated and integrated active treatment program. Assist the Clinical Coordinator in scheduling team meetings. Develop goals for consumers that are written clearly and objectively and are based on individual needs. Provide regular review of consumer data and progress. Perform assessments to identify consumer needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Complete Residential Habilitation Plans. Provide training to staff and conduct direct observation and monitoring of staff in their carrying out of each consumer's individual program plan.
Bachelor's degree within the human services field (Master’s degree preferred). At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities. Working knowledge of applied behavior analysis preferred.

Human Resources
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the agency. Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff. Monitors administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies. Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff. Encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff. Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, and employee benefits.
Qualifications
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others. Adult Day Habilitation Program - Staten Island
Full-time and Per Diem: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Helps to establish vocational, recreational, and volunteer work opportunities for participants within an integrated community-based setting. Work with staff, parents/legal guardians and care managers to determine suitable programming. Attend interdisciplinary team meetings. Transport participants to and from program and volunteer/recreational sites. Reach out to the community for opportunities to support the individuals in their activities. Responsible
for training skills and tracking program and behavioral data both within the community and at the program site.

Facilities - Staten Island
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the ongoing maintenance & amp; repair of the agency sites. This includes following scheduled maintenance plans and completing unforeseen repairs. Assist Facilities management team in creating/ modifying preventative maintenance plans for all sites. Provide supplemental snow removal in a timely manner to ensure the safety of program sites for participants and staff. Hours outside of regular business hours will be required during snow/ ice events. Serves as the contact person for outside vendors working at the agency sites. The Maintenance Mechanic will be available to conduct fire/ emergency drills at all agency locations and also serve as supervisor of fire alarm systems at NYC locations with fire alarm systems.
High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license with good driving history. Minimum of 5 years prior experience in maintenance/ construction field. Ability to perform physical labor both indoors and outdoors in all weatherconditions (includes snow removal). Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures & techniques. Possess solid experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall and carpentry skills. Holds/willing to obtain both FDNY Certificates of Fitness (F-07 and S-95) Availability to work overtime both before and after regular business hours. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Residential Program - Dixon Residence
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Provide supervision to/model professionalism for direct support staff. Understand each of the participant’s needs and special alerts, and the implementation of their behavior goal plans. Ensure that fire safety and emergency procedures are carried out in compliance with policies and procedures. Ensure that direct support staff complete necessary household tasks. These include meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, shopping and minor household repairs. Ensure that the house is clean and well maintained. Ensure all necessary supplies are available at all times (food, household and hygiene supplies). Delegate retrieval of supplies to appropriate staff when items are lacking. Inspect residence vehicles once monthly to ensure efficiency and cleanliness. Ensure that copies of program forms are in adequate supply. Ensure that billing and time sheets are updated on a biweekly basis. Log calls from the Overnight Call Log on a bi-weekly basis. Seek coverage for direct support staff to maintain adequate coverage for unforeseen call-outs or pre-approved time off. Perform direct support duties when necessary to ensure adequate staffing. Maintain communication with acting supervisor and managerial staff of daily events.
Bachelor’s Degree. Experience working with autism and/or related disorders/working knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). Strong leadership/supervisory skills. School Program - Staten Island
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Provide direct clinical supervision to classroom teachers and behavior specialists. Provide ABA training to teachers/behavior specialists/assistants on reinforcement, behavior plan implementation, data collection and professionalism. Supervising proper IEP development, implementation and progress reports
Schedule meetings within compliance and ensure that all necessary documentation is provided from teachers/ therapists to CPSE/ CSE in a timely manner. Supervise the development of quarterly reports. Develop educational curriculum and train teachers in their application. Assist teachers in conducting NYSAA. Conduct student clinics evaluating programming, instruction, and materials as well as providing follow up recommendations. Conduct behavior assessments, develop behavior plans and train all staff in the classroom. Conduct staff observation and write formal evaluations. Requires year end evaluations for teaching assistant staff.
NYS Certified Teacher or BCBA / LBA. DOE fingerprinting clearance. Master’s degree in a related field. NY State Department of Education certification
preferred.
