Out of thousands of charities across the nation, our community chose Eden II to be a part of the 2012 Chase Community Giving program. In this year’s program, Chase customers and employees shared which charities meant the most to them—and we were one of them!
Now that the nominations are in, we need your help with the voting phase, where Chase will be granting $5 million to 196 local charities. Voting takes place from September 6th-19th.
Vote through the Eden II/Genesis - New York Facebook page or on the Chase Giving page at www.facebook.com/ChaseCommunityGiving .
One vote per charity UNLESS you earn another!Everyone will automatically get 2 votes to use on Facebook. You can’t use them both on the same charity so its important we rally our friends, family, colleagues, and followers to use just one of their votes for the Eden II and Genesis Foundation.
The nomination is for the foundation. You probably recall its legal name is Foundation for the Advancement of Autistic Persons. While we submitted the Eden II and Genesis Foundation (our DBA), you will see us under the FAAP name. Be sure to let your contacts know, and we will share the exact link to our page once it goes live.
You will have an opportunity to earn an extra vote. Just share a link from the Chase Community Giving app to your timeline. If one of your friends links back to the Chase Community Giving app and casts a vote of their own, voila! You’ll earn an extra vote! You can use your extra vote on Eden II!
Thanks to all in advance for their help. This gives us the chance to receive anywhere from $10,000 to $100,000! In addition, just by being an eligible nominee, we will split $2.5M with the other nominated groups.
