Eden II School Program serves students ages 5 to 21 with autism and related developmental disabilities. Our program provides evidence-based instruction grounded in the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and is aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). Instruction is designed to support students in reaching their full potential through individualized, data-driven educational practices.
Programming addresses essential academic, social, and functional skill areas, including communication, academics, social skills, self-help skills, and adaptive behavior, while promoting meaningful participation in school and community settings.
Transition planning is embedded throughout the program, with an increasing focus during the secondary years on preparing students for postsecondary outcomes, including employment, continued education, community participation, and increased independence. Instruction is individualized to support each student’s strengths, interests, and long-term goals.
Secondary and vocational programming for adolescents and young adults emphasizes the development of vocational skills, independent work habits, self-advocacy, and community integration. Community-based instruction and outings provide real-world learning opportunities that support successful transitions beyond school. Students receive targeted instruction in employable and life skills, including, office-related tasks, crafts, gardening, packaging, and other vocational activities.
