Full-time: 30 hours/week
The HR generalist supports Eden II’s vision and strategy to cultivate a healthy, productive, and skilled workforce. The HR generalist is responsible for ensuring that human capital requirements of each department are met, and program leadership is supported. This position provides direct service to assigned departments and staff in the areas of recruitment, benefits management, and performance management, as well as skilled guidance across areas including employment law, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Bachelors degree in related field and 3+ years HR experience. PHR or SPHR, or substantially equivalent professional certification strongly desired. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to represent the agency professionally and positively in a variety of venues. Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook). Skilled and efficient use of HRIS (Ceridian/Dayforce preferred).
