Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Provides clinical oversight for Community Habilitation. Conducts staff evaluations and observations (home visits). Develops and ensures the appropriate implementation of Community Habilitation plans. Provides direct feedback and training to direct support professionals on a regular basis and as needed. Conducts functional behavioral assessments of participants and develops behavior plans under the supervision of the agency psychologist. Implements and ensures appropriate data collection. Participates in ISP meetings. Remains in contact with families receiving Community Habilitation service regarding their clinical needs. Driving/transportation of consumers is a potential requirement of this position.
Bachelor’s degree within the human services field (Master’s Degree preferred). At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities. Working knowledge of applied behavior analysis preferred.
