Day Hab Extension (DXT) Program – Staten Island
Full-time: 30 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 3:30pm.
Provides administrative support to managerial and clinical staff. Responsible for covering the reception desk and logging arrival and dismissal data for participants. Clerical duties such as data entry, faxing, photocopying, mailing and receiving packages, and filing. Ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment. Coordinates between departments and operating units.
High School Diploma or GED. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Well versed in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Basic bookkeeping experience a plus. Valid driver’s license.
