Residential Program – Staten Island
Part-time: 10-12 hours/week
Provide in-service training on foods and nutrition as required for the residence staff. Prepare menus for a four-week period, one month in advance. Meet with the nurse regarding residents’ diets. Consult with residence managers regarding food purchases and preparation.
BA/BS in nutrition, food preparation or dietetics. Registered Dietician or Certified Dietician/Nutritionist required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is desirable.
