Genesis School – Long Island
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Provides administrative and clerical support. Oversees distribution of memos, flyers, letters, and e-mails to parents and staff and other stakeholders. Communicate with school districts, colleges, universities, and community businesses as needed. Coordinate observations, site visits, student intakes, internships, and CSE meetings. Manage calendar for program administration. Record meeting minutes.
Minimum of an associate’s degree. Excellent communication and phone skills. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, WebEx, typing). Strong attention to detail.
