Janine Kipp, M.A., CCC-SLP, is the Director of Speech Services at Eden II, where she has been with the organization since 2008. She oversees speech-language services across Eden II’s preschool, school-age, and adult day habilitation programs in Staten Island, supporting individuals with autism across the lifespan. Janine brings extensive experience in autism intervention, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and assistive technology.

She holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Kean University, a master’s-level certificate in Assistive Technology from New Jersey City University, and is currently completing a post-master’s School Building and District Leadership certification program at Stony Brook University. Janine is a strong advocate for evidence-based, functional communication supports that promote independence, self-advocacy, and meaningful participation for individuals with autism.
