Description
The Director of Residential Services is responsible for the general oversight and quality of services for all residences. This includes oversight of the Residential Operations Coordinator, and their subordinates. The Director is responsible for overseeing all of the operational and clinical services delivered within the residences as well as the upkeep of the sites.
Skills Needed
Master’s degree in a related field. At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and 5 years of supervisory experience. Experience working with individuals with autism and/or related disorders. Excellent organization, communication and computer skills. A valid driver’s license is required. This position is a 40-hour, five days per week position. Hours include a combination of day, night and weekends hours. This position is on-call 24/7 and additional hours may be required.
