Residential Program – Long Island
Full-time: 40 hours per week, days/evenings/weekends
The Residential Operations Coordinator is responsible for the general oversight and quality of services for each of their assigned residences. This includes the oversight of the Residence Manager, Assistant Residence Manager and QIDP. They are responsible for overseeing all the operational and clinical services delivered within the residences.
Bachelor’s degree in human services field. Master’s degree preferred. 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, plus 5 years of supervisory experience. Experience working with individuals with autism and/or related disorders is desirable. Position requires 24-hour on call responsibilities.
