Description
Provide instructional services to students under general supervision of a certified teacher. Requires working on a 1 to 1 basis with students.
Skills Needed
High school diploma. Must pass the New York State assessment of Teaching Assistant skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Knowledge of classroom management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Required fingerprint clearance.
