Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Description
The administrative assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Genesis School. Duties include, but are not limited to, mailing, scanning, faxing, copying, filing documents. Preparing letters, memos and emails and overseeing distribution to parents and staff. Creates and maintains students’ ancillaries and files. Maintains office supplies. Provides calendar management for program administration.
Skills Needed
High school diploma. Must possess excellent communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, typing). Strong attention to detail required.
Pay Rate
$20 per hour
