Description
The van driver assists in transporting participants that attend our Adult Day Habilitation Program in Long Island. Duties include completing vehicle pre-trip check to ensure that the conditions are safe and comfortable for staff and participants, transporting participants to their assigned drop off locations, assisting matron in discharging participants off the van if needed, completing program specific required paperwork, completing vehicle post-trip check, ensuring vehicle is adequately fueled and in a sanitary, safe condition.
Skills Needed
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid New York State driver’s license. Must pass the Eden II driver’s assessment.
Pay Rate
$17 – $18 per hour
