Please join us in congratulating Fred Bunker for receiving the Above and Beyond Award for February. This monthly award is a great way for us to recognize and thank staff, students, volunteers, and the community who go above and beyond for the agency, helping to promote and raise needed funds for the program’s growth.
Fred has served as Eden II’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the past 11 years. For over two decades, his service to both Eden and the entire autism community has been significant. Fred is the co-founder of the Alpine Learning Group, and has also served on the Board of Trustees of Autism New Jersey. During his time with Eden II, Fred has consistently attended all of our fundraising events to show his support. Fred reflects on his time with the agency, saying “It has been a pleasure to work for so many amazing people here at Eden II. Coming to work everyday, knowing that I was contributing in some way to help children and adults with autism has made these past years some of the best.”
Fred will be retiring in March, and on behalf of everyone at Eden II, we would like to thank him for his dedication to the agency, and wish him all the best.
We are so very fortunate to have Fred Bunker as a part of the Eden II family. As a recipient of the Above and Beyond Award, Fred will be recognized on a permanent plaque on both Staten Island and Long Island.
