Please join us in congratulating the Student Executive Team at Monsignor Farrell High School and St. Joseph Hill Academy for being the recipient of the Above and Beyond Award for April. This monthly award is a great way for us to recognize and thank staff, students, and volunteers who go above and beyond for the agency, helping to promote and raise needed funds for the program’s growth.
The Monsignor Farrell students partnered with Eden II to volunteer at the Staten Island Dinner Dance. They were there to lend a hand selling 50/50 tickets, helping with the live and silent auctions, check out and clean up. The Farrell team also chose us along with St. Joseph Hill students as one of their charities to benefit from their annual ten hour marathon super dance held at Farrell. With over 1000 students dancing the night away, they raised over $70,000 for the four charities they selected. Eden II will be receiving a check for $17,000 as a result of this fabulous fundraiser!
The April award is very special as we recognize Autism Awareness Month. Eden II truly appreciates to have these students make such a tremendous impact on the lives of our students with autism. It is with great pleasure that the Monsignor Farrell and St. Joseph Hill students receive the Above and Beyond Award.
