Shari Schatzman, M.S.Ed., SAS, SDA, serves as the Director of Training and the agency’s Privacy Officer and brings 34 years of professional experience to her role. She began her career as a special education teacher and has since developed extensive expertise in training, supervision, and organizational leadership.

Ms. Schatzman is actively engaged with the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis as a conference representative and is also a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International. Her professional interests include research in autism and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).

She earned her Master of Science in Education and holds a School District Administrator Certificate from the College of Staten Island.
