Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Description
The QIDP is responsible for overseeing many of the clinical services, as well as operational services for the participants in our adult day hab program. Ensures that each consumer is involved in a coordinated and integrated active treatment program. Assist in scheduling and arranging full clinical team meetings for review of consumer plans of care and treatment. Ensure that accurate, data-based information is available to clinical team and other treating professionals to help direct treatment decisions. In conjunction with the direct support staff and supervisors, develop goals for consumers that are based on individual needs. Provide regular review of data and consumer progress. Perform assessments to identify consumer needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Provide training (through in-services and hands on instruction) to staff.
Skills Needed
Bachelor’s degree within the human services field (Master’s degree preferred). At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities. Working knowledge of applied behavior analysis preferred.
Pay Rate
$24.52 – $26.92 per hour
