Residential Program – Staten Island
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
The administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate Executive Director and residential services, and will also be responsible for general executive team activities that support smooth agency operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clerical duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, photo copying and data entry, coordinating the delivery of mail to different worksites, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings and preparing attendance sheets, meeting minutes and notes.
High school diploma, associate’s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant. Expertise in Microsoft office (Word, Excel,
Power Point). Must be highly organized, skilled in planning events, proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking), and be able to represent the department in a professional manner. Flexibility with schedule is required as hours may include some evening meetings. Driver’s license.
