Description
The Treasury Accountant is primarily responsible for cash flow planning, analysis and reporting. They maintain retail banking relations for Eden II and Foundation For The Advancement of Autistic Persons, Inc. (FAAP). The Treasury Accountant also serves as the Finance Manager for FAAP accounting and financial reporting. They are responsible for determining appropriate accounting treatment of funds received or pledged consistent with donor/grantor intent.
Skills Needed
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a treasury/cash management function, preferably in the services or not-for-profit industry. Bachelor’s degree in accounting (advanced degree preferred). Computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Experience with General Ledger software (Fund EZ preferred). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead process improvement initiatives. Must be detailed oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interface maturely with the Board of Directors, executive management, program management, bank personnel and external auditors.
Pay Rate
$50,000 to $65,000 per year
