Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of Eden II’s facilities across Staten Island. The Manager ensures that day-to-day operations of the facilities are carried out in a safe, efficient, and regulated manner and is responsible for overseeing staff and maintenance functions across the agency.
Skills Needed
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, etc.). Minimum of 5 years prior management experience in building maintenance/ construction field. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/team lead experience. Strong electrical, plumbing, drywall and carpentry skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software – emphasis on Excel. Valid driver’s license with good driving history
Pay Rate
$70,000 – $75,000 per year
