Full-time: 40 hours per week
Description
The Facilities Administrator supports and collaborates with the Facilities Director in various areas of the department including but not limited to: the development of new properties identified for the expansion of the programs, the design and follow through of the renovation of new properties; assists the Director in formulating and executing renovation plans for existing agency properties. The Administrator will also serve as the contact person for vendors/ contractors identified for such projects and manage agency vehicle fleet.
Skills Needed
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field. Minimum of 3 years prior experience in business operations. Valid driver’s license with good driving history. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills. Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software – emphasis on Excel.
Pay Rate
$21 – $25 per hour
