Full-time: 40 hours per week
Description
The Facilities Administrator supports and collaborates with the Facilities Director in various areas of the department including but not limited to the development of new properties identified for the expansion of the programs, the design and follow through of the renovation of new properties; assists the Director in formulating and executing renovation plans for existing agency properties. The Administrator will also serve as the contact person for vendors/contractors identified for such projects and manage agency vehicle fleet.
Skills Needed
High School diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license with good driving history. Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in maintenance or construction field. Ability to perform hard physical labor both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions. Basic electrical, plumbing, drywall skills required. Must hold FDNY Certificate of Fitness F-07 (Fire Drill Conductor) and S-95 (Supervision of Fire Alarm and Other Related Systems) Availability to work overtime both before and after regular business hours. Must have good interpersonal skills.
Pay Rate
$18 – $22 per hour
