Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the recruitment efforts for our programs in Staten Island and Long Island. Duties include posting job advertisements internally and externally, reviewing resumes and prescreening candidates, attending local job fairs and recruitment events, partnering with local organizations and universities, additional administrative duties as assigned.
Skills Needed
Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay Rate
$45,000 – $60,000 per year
