Full-time: 40 hours/week (Sunday to Thursday)
Description
The QIDP is responsible for overseeing clinical services as well as operational services for the consumers in the residence. Ensure that each consumer is involved in a coordinated and integrated active treatment program. Assist the Clinical Coordinator in scheduling team meetings. Develop goals for consumers that are written clearly and objectively and are based on individual needs. Provide regular review of consumer data and progress. Perform assessments to identify consumer needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Complete Residential Habilitation Plans. Provide training to staff and conduct direct observation and monitoring of staff in their carrying out of each consumer’s individual program plan.
Skills Needed
Bachelor’s degree within the human services field (Master’s degree preferred). At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities. Working knowledge of applied behavior analysis preferred. This position is a combination of morning, afternoon and evening hours.
Pay Rate
$24.52 – $26.92
