Victor Anjorin, MBA is the Director of the Staten Island Residential Department at Eden II Programs, bringing nearly 30 years of progressive leadership and frontline experience in OPWDD services. Having advanced from Direct Support Professional to executive leadership, he provides strategic oversight of residential programs across Staten Island with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and workforce development.

Victor has earned local and national recognition for his leadership and commitment to service excellence. He currently serves as the Board Chair of Beacon Christian Community Health Center in Staten Island. He holds an MBA from Trinity College & Seminary and is deeply committed to advancing person-centered care through strong, accountable, and mission-driven leadership.
