How do professionals create positive, successful, and life-affirming impacts on individuals under their care regardless of age, ability, or diagnostic category? By creating learning environments that prioritize positive and mutually respectful rapport between staff and students. During this workshop, the presenter will engage with the participants in defining real-world examples of using an Applied Behavior Analytic approach to their individual practice.
